Which data Growi can access
Growi reads LetsGrow data with your own login. The LetsGrow platform decides what that login may see, and Growi works with that answer. Nothing you type in chat or save as custom instructions can widen it.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Growi has no crop list of its own. It asks the platform for your crop groups, then for the crops in each group, and shows you what comes back. Every read of data after that carries your login too, and the access check happens on the server.
Your own crops and shared crops
Section titled “Your own crops and shared crops”A crop group can hold crops of several members. Every crop the platform lists for a group is shown under that group, also the crops of the other members. A group without any crop is not shown.

When you have no access to a module
Section titled “When you have no access to a module”When the platform refuses the data of a module, Growi tells you that the data may need module access you don’t have, and to contact LetsGrow to check your access. Growi says “may” because it cannot tell a module you have no access to from a module that does not exist. A server error or a timeout does not give this message.
What you can never see
Section titled “What you can never see”- A conversation of another user. You can only open your own.
- The other reports of a colleague who shared a report schedule with you. A share gives you the reports of that one schedule.
- A shared report schedule after you leave the company. The share only works while your login carries the company it was made under.

Weather forecast and energy prices

Important concepts
Section titled “Important concepts”- Own crop: a crop you administer.
- Shared crop: a crop another user administers, that you reach because you are both in its crop group.

Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Growi cannot give you access to a crop, a crop group or a module. The LetsGrow platform decides that.
