What is Intelligent Assistance?
Intelligent Assistance is a product inside LetsGrow with two sections. In Chat you ask the assistant, Growi, about your crop and it answers with numbers from your own data. In Reports you find daily and weekly reports, each about one crop. It only reads: it never changes a setpoint or writes anything to LetsGrow or your climate computer.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”You open it from the LetsGrow main menu: Intelligent Assistance sits directly below Dashboards. The left panel has two tabs, Chat and Reports.

Growi answers in the language you write in. It uses three sources, in this order: your crop data, the LetsGrow knowledge base, and general growing knowledge. An answer says which one it used, for example “Based on your data”. See Where Growi’s knowledge comes from.
Growi is an AI assistant, not a person. Ask it whether you are talking to a person and it says so.
Your conversations are your own. A colleague does not see them.

- Crop: what a question or a report is about. You pick one crop, or several to compare. See Choosing a crop.

Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Growi cannot change a setpoint or write anything to LetsGrow or the climate computer.
- Growi cannot send emails, texts or alerts, and cannot set reminders.
- Growi cannot read photos, files or pasted spreadsheet data, and cannot see what is on your screen.
- Growi cannot save, share or export a chart, and cannot export a conversation.
- Growi does not identify a pest or disease: it cannot tell you which one you have from a description, and it cannot look at a photo. Other pest and disease questions, such as scouting counts, treatments or how to prevent botrytis, it does answer.
- Growi answers “where do I find this setting in LetsGrow” only when the knowledge base holds the answer. Otherwise it refers you to the LetsGrow support team.
- The menu item only shows when your user has the chat feature.
